About Us

Every genuinely excellent leader we have studied across history has shared one quality. They know who they are answerable to. That awareness shapes how they listen, how they decide, how they carry responsibility, and how they recover when they fall short. Real intelligence, the kind that holds under pressure and earns trust over time, is inseparable from conscience, from accountability, and from an honest relationship with Allaah and with oneself.

IQ Circle exists to develop that quality deliberately, systematically, and seriously. It is the kind of intelligence that no test has ever measured, and no credential can fully capture. It is also the most important thing a coach or leader can possess.

The Need We Are Responding To

We are living through a time of extraordinary professional capability and quietly spreading inner disorientation. Leaders who can execute with precision but struggle to answer the simplest questions about who they are and what they are for. Coaches who have mastered technique but sense that something essential is missing from the room. Muslim professionals who have spent years managing a silent division between who they are at Fajr and who they are in the boardroom, and who are quietly exhausted by the effort of keeping those two people separate.

This is not a failure of ambition or ability. It is a failure of formation. And it is exactly what IQ Circle was built to address.

What We Build

We design structured programs that develop coaches and leaders from the inside out. Each program begins with the inner life, moves through disciplined practice, and arrives at certified, accountable, measurable professional competence.

The work starts with a question most leadership programs skip entirely. Who are you before Allaah, and what kind of coach or leader are you becoming? That question is not a warm-up exercise. It is the foundation everything else is built on.

From there, participants move through seven domains of human and organisational life, each anchored to an Islamic principle, each demanding something real from the person engaging with it.

Being

the inner clarity that makes every outward action coherent.

Doing

how that clarity translates into strategy and purposeful execution.

Relating

how you honour the rights and dignity of everyone within your sphere of influence.

Getting

how you understand the true value your work creates in the world.

Sustaining

how you remain aligned, renewed, and accountable over time.

Shaping Ecosystems

how you extend your influence for collective good beyond your immediate circle.

Shaping Narratives

how you steward your story and your legacy with truth.

By the time someone completes this journey, they carry more than a credential. They carry a coherent understanding of themselves as a leader, a methodology they trust, and a community of people doing the same serious work. They know what they believe, why they believe it, and how to bring that clarity into the lives of the people they serve.

Who We Build For

The senior professional who has reached the outer edges of what competence alone can build, and knows it. The coach who wants a framework worthy of what they believe. The Islamic scholar or community leader who senses that the people they serve need more than answers — they need a quality of presence and accompaniment that formal religious training did not fully develop. The HR leader, educator, or organisational consultant who wants their work to be an expression of their faith rather than a negotiation with it.

These are the people we are building for. People who are already serious. Who are already asking harder questions. Who are ready, in’shaa’Allaah, to go deeper.

What We Stand For

We come to this work with a conviction that has only deepened over the years. Every human being carries within them an innate goodness, a fitrah, waiting to be expressed fully. We have seen what happens when a person steps into that goodness with both their professional skill and their faith fully present. Something comes alive in them. Something in the room shifts. The people around them feel it.

That is what we are reaching toward in everything we build.

Haq (الحق)

The highest truth, is where we begin. Honesty, integrity, courage, the willingness to look clearly at what is and say so. We hold ourselves to this in how we design our programs, in how we describe what we offer, and in the quality of presence we ask of every coach and leader we develop. Truth has its own clarity. When we stay close to it, everything else becomes simpler.

Ihsaan (اإلحسان)

Striving for excellence in every aspect of life, is our standard. Diligence and attention, continuous growth and creativity, and above all, witness consciousness — the lived awareness that Allaah sees every moment of the work. That awareness is the most quietly powerful thing a person can carry into a coaching conversation.

Wasiyyah (الوصية)

Wasiyyah is how we hold one another. We advise from a place of selfless love and compassion. We walk alongside as companions. We nurture, teach, mentor and coach because we genuinely want to see those in our care come alive and give full expression to everything Allaah placed within them.

Abdiyat (العبدية)

Submission to the divine, is the ground beneath it all. Devotion, gratitude, humility, repentance. The understanding that we are here as servants, and that serving well is the highest thing we can aspire to. We want every person who completes our programs to carry that orientation more steadily than when they arrived.

We are trustees

We are trustees. Of the knowledge we carry, of the people who trust us with their formation, of the time Allaah has given us to do this work. What we are building is not just a program or an institution. It is a legacy of goodness that we hope will be counted, in this world and the next, as something worth having given our lives to.

Our Vision

A world where Ihsaan is the lived standard of human endeavour. Where the people who carry responsibility in families, organisations, communities and institutions carry it as conscious trustees of Allaah. Where every act of leadership and every coaching conversation flows from sincere surrender to the divine, and that quality of presence becomes the most powerful inheritance one generation leaves the next.

Our Purpose

We exist to give our whole selves to Allaah through the formation of coaches and leaders who understand, embody and discharge their divine purpose as His trustees on earth.

Our Mission

By excelling as role models of trusteeship and drawing on the actionable wisdom of the Quran, Hadith, Seerah and the lives of the Sahaabaa, we ignite hearts, form conscience, and build the inspired capacity of coaches and leaders to serve the people, families, organisations and communities placed in their care. We measure nothing by what we have built. We measure everything by what, by the grace of Allaah, we have become.

The People Behind This Work

IQ Circle was founded by Abdul Mujeeb Khan, a facilitator and coach who has spent over twenty five years working at the intersection of Islamic scholarship and senior-level leadership development. He has worked with leaders across some of India’s most consequential organisations — Wipro, Mahindra, ITC, Dr. Reddy’s, Jindal Steel, SBI, ThoughtWorks and others — and has spent those same years in serious study of the Quran, Hadith and the Seerah of the Prophet, peace be upon him.

The CITC program, and the IQCC framework it is built on, emerged from a simple observation made across years of that dual practice: that the most transformative moments in any coaching engagement happen when a person’s faith and their professional life stop operating as parallel tracks and begin to move as one. IQ Circle exists to make that integration available to every coach and leader who is ready for it, in a form that is rigorous, certified, and built to last.

If This Speaks to You

We do not believe in filling cohorts. We believe in forming the right people with the right quality of depth and care. If you have read this far and something in you has recognised itself in what we are describing, we would welcome a conversation.

The next cohort begins in April 2026. Spaces are limited. And the work, in’shaa’Allaah, is worth it.
